DELIVERY & RETURNS

The delivery time of items depends on the location of the customer and payment methods. You can check the delivery time of each item by selecting the destination country in the product page. Seconds Boutique uses third party delivery suppliers. they will contact you wil delivery timings for you to track your order.

Note:
*Shipping fee is free for orders valuing USD 1000 and above to UAE and GCC countries only.
**In some cases, such as delivery to countries outside the Middle Eastern region, the delivery time can take up to 2-3 weeks. You can see the delivery time of a particular item on that item’s product page. Once purchased, you can track the orders on your My Purchases page. Each country outside of the UAE will have to be taken on a case by case basis. The customer must speak directly with the delivery partner for exact timings.

We do not ship any precious metal and gemstone items to Kuwait.

Payment Methods:
Seconds Boutique provides payment options for our customer’s convenience. Bank Transfer (BT), Credit Card (CC). Please note some payment methods might be unavailable for specific destination countries or new customers.

In certain cases, for payments made via Credit Card, we might get in touch with you to request for additional personal documents, such as a passport copy or ID card, in order to confirm your order. This is required to verify the identity of the buyer and protect the cardholder against any possibility of fraudulent payments.

Delivery Exceptions:
Seconds Boutique works with sellers and collectors across the world to maintain an accurate listings of their items online. In rare cases, we may be unable to successfully deliver items because of a mismatch in live inventory listings with our partners. In such cases, Seconds Boutique may cancel such orders if an item is unavailable, and make a full refund if the order has been paid for. The placement of an order does not guarantee delivery of an item.

Seconds Boutique is not liable for delay in orders because of custom clearances at destination.

Seconds Boutique will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials (e.g. crocodile skin) to certain countries. Please contact Customer Service Department for more information.

Delivery Times

Seconds Boutique uses wing.ae as its delivery partner. Once ordered, delivery will take between 1-7 working days. The delivery times are dependent on the 3rd party provider. Any questions on delivery times must be directed to their customer service representatives found at wing.ae. You will be able to track your order by logging in to your account dashboard and following from your tracking link.

Custom Duties / Taxes:
Our items are shipped from Dubai, UAE. Almost all countries apply customs duty on import of goods. The customers will be required to pay the customs duty upon delivery of the items. Please ensure to check duty rates for your country. You can use dutycalculator.com as a reference guide.

KSA, Kuwait and Bahrain: An additional 5% customs duty fee is charged upon checkout from the website; no additional customs fees will be required in this case. A shipping fee of USD 25 applies when the order value is less than USD 1000.

Rest of the world: Custom duties applies on orders placed via cash on delivery (COD), credit card (CC), bank transfer (BT), collected by the courier partner directly at the time of delivery.

Bank Transfer payments:
We accept payments through bank transfer for some countries. Please contact our customer service team to learn more. Full amount must be received by us via bank transfer for the order to be confirmed. Charges (payment and refund) are responsibility of the buyers.

Credit Card Payments:
We accept payments through credit cards, except American Express. The cards are charged on site via our secure payment partners paytabs.com for the amount of the order value. Credit card companies may have additional charges based on the currency of your card.

Delivery:

Seconds Boutique generally does not confirm and ship the order until after we have received approvals from our third party Partner authentication services who verify your credit card details and account.

Refunds

Seconds Boutique provides a 100% money back refund on purchases provided that we are notified within 24 hours of the customer receiving the item. In this instance, the customer must return the product via courier in the same condition as it arrived. Seconds Boutique will inspect to ensure no damage has occurred and is in the original state sold. Once this has been confirmed, a full refund will be given through the same payment as was purchased.

Refunds may take up to 7 working days to show in the customers account.
